Terms of Service

Each 1-on-1 lesson lasts 50 minutes.

The purchased lessons are non-transferable and may not be sold or bartered.

Your course begins on the day when you have your first lesson.

A lesson should be canceled at least 2 hours before it begins. Otherwise, it will be missed. A cancellation request must be sent to our customer service.

If you are late for a lesson for 30 minutes or longer, the lesson will be canceled and "1" lesson will be deducted from the total number of your lessons.

All lessons must be taken within the expiration date according to the course plan that you choose. The remaining lessons can not be made up afterwards.

If lessons can not be delivered due to reasons of the teacher's side, such as Chinese holidays, power off, connection problems, etc, we will add them to the end of your course and extend your course by equal amount of time.
